YOUTH CARE AFRICA – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation, engagement, and involvement in all programs, activities, and initiatives organized by Youth Care Africa. By engaging with our programs, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility and Participation
Participation in Youth Care Africa programs is open to young people, educators, health professionals, and community members who align with our mission and values. Participants are expected to provide accurate information during registration and maintain integrity throughout their engagement.

All participants are required to:

5. Youth-Led Initiatives
Participants involved in implementing community projects are expected to:

Youth Care Africa reserves the right to guide, monitor, and evaluate all initiatives.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials, content, or resources developed under Youth Care Africa programs may be used for learning, reporting, and communication purposes. Proper acknowledgment should be given where applicable.
7. Media and Communication Consent
By participating, individuals consent to the use of their images, videos, or testimonials for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Safeguarding and Protection
Youth Care Africa is committed to safeguarding all participants. Any form of exploitation, abuse, or harm is strictly prohibited and will be addressed in accordance with safeguarding policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Youth Care Africa is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation, except where required by law. Participants are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their safety.
10. Amendments
Youth Care Africa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
11. Termination of Participation
Youth Care Africa reserves the right to terminate participation for individuals who violate these terms or act in ways that undermine the organization’s mission and values.
