Youth Care Africa is a youth-led network of young health professionals and emerging health advocates dedicated to advancing health education, addressing critical health challenges, and promoting holistic health and well-being for all. 2. Eligibility
Membership and participation in Youth Care Africa’s programs are open to:
- Individuals aged 18 to 35 years who share our mission and values.
- Health professionals, students, or advocates interested in community health, education, and leadership.
- Organizations or partners working in related fields, subject to approval by the Youth Care Africa Secretariat.
Youth under 18 years may participate in select youth programs under parental or institutional consent.
3. Membership and Participation
By joining Youth Care Africa or engaging in our programs, you agree to:
- Uphold the values of care, compassion, integrity, and service.
- Participate responsibly in all organizational activities.
- Respect diversity, inclusion, and the dignity of all members.
- Avoid any conduct that may harm the organization’s reputation, staff, or members.
Membership may be suspended or revoked in cases of misconduct, violation of policies, or misuse of Youth Care Africa’s name and resources.
4. Code of Conduct
All members and participants are expected to:
- Maintain professionalism during events, meetings, and community activities.
- Treat all individuals with respect and equality regardless of background, gender, or belief.
- Use Youth Care Africa’s platforms and resources solely for positive and lawful purposes.
- Abstain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or termination of membership.
5. Programs and Activities
Youth Care Africa offers a range of programs, including:
- Health education and awareness campaigns.
- Community medical camps and outreach services.
- Advocacy and policy engagement forums.
- Youth leadership and mentorship programs.
By participating, you consent to Youth Care Africa using event photos, videos, or testimonials for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
6. Partnerships and Collaborations
All collaborations with Youth Care Africa must be approved by the management team. Partner organizations are expected to align with our mission, adhere to ethical standards, and respect data protection and confidentiality agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published under Youth Care Africa, including logos, materials, reports, graphics, and media, remains the property of Youth Care Africa. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Youth Care Africa respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration, events, or communication is used solely for program coordination, reporting, and internal communication. We do not share members’ data with third parties without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Youth Care Africa and its affiliates are not liable for personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in any of our activities or programs, unless caused by proven organizational negligence. Participants are encouraged to act responsibly and follow safety guidelines at all times.
10. Amendments
Youth Care Africa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through official platforms. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
