Who they are

Youth Care Changemakers are young people who are actively engaged in driving positive change within their communities through Youth Care Africa’s programs and initiatives. They are passionate, committed, and action-oriented individuals who use their skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities to address challenges affecting their communities.

As changemakers, they actively lead initiatives across areas such as education, health and wellbeing, climate action, and economic empowerment. They mobilize their peers, engage communities, and drive sustainable impact by turning ideas into action, demonstrating leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to creating positive and lasting change.

Youth Care Changemakers are not just beneficiaries-they are active contributors and leaders of transformation, working to inspire other young people, promote positive behavior change, and support the mission of building healthier, educated, and empowered communities.
