Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to track the performance and impact of our programs.
Assist in designing data collection tools, conducting field visits, and compiling reports that inform program improvement and decision-making.
Requirements
Interest in Data & Impact
– Passionate about tracking progress and making a difference through evidence.
Basic Research Skills
– Able to assist with data collection, surveys, and feedback tools.
Organized & Detail-Oriented
– Pays attention to small details and keeps good records.
Analytical Thinking
– Can help with interpreting numbers, trends, and reports (training provided).
Computer Skills
– Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Forms, or basic data software.
Good Communication
– Can write clear summaries and share findings with the team.
Team Support
– Works closely with programs team to monitor activities and assess outcomes.
Eager to Learn
– Willing to grow skills in M&E through mentorship and hands-on experience.
